Jay Kirgis -- artist musician.
Jay Kirgis is a Delta transplant. He moved to Mississippi from Ohio via California several years ago. He is a trained, award-winning artist who utilizes found objects in much of his work. He works in many mediums and attaches deep meanings to much of his art. Some of his blues pieces mix in African spiritualism as well. In addition to the pieces shown below, we carry a couple other large shrine-like pieces and some prints. Kirgis is also a very talented blues musician and singer-songwriter.
