Elderly, African-American folk artist McArthur has lived in Water Valley, Jackson and Oxford, Mississippi, since I first met him nearly 20 years ago. No matter where he lives or how old he gets, he keeps on keeping on with his famous bottlecap artwork. (He's also a big blues and gospel music fan, by the way!)
