What can I  say? Entire books have been written just about this one album! And rightfully so... because it is one of the great audio recordings of all time. It's jazz, sure, but it's bigger than that — influencing musicians and artists of many genre's all around the globe for generations. Everyone should own this in whatever format they like, though vinyl is best. Coltrane, McCoy Tyner, Jimmy Garrison and Elvin Jones never sounded better, and that says a lot. When Mankind makes it to Mars, I hope they'll take this one with 'em. Beyond recommended. - Roger Stolle (Cat Head)
